Yes. Villetta Nonna Giovanna is rented whole, for a maximum of 5 people (from 5 people the rate is 10 % higher): two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room with two sofa beds, eat-in kitchen, pool, sun terrace, pergola and parking, just for you.
From June to September. It is a private infinity pool, with sun terrace and loungers, cleaned every day.
Of course. The villa is climate-controlled for winter too and in these months the rates are the lowest of the year: you have all the comforts, except the pool, which is closed. It is the ideal time to visit Erice, Segesta, Mozia, the salt pans and Trapani at your own pace.
The beaches of the south coast of Marsala are a few minutes' walk away, both the free stretch and the serviced one of Lido Delfino. Booking puts Lido Signorino beach at 200 metres.
A double bed in the double bedroom, a single bed in the small bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room (one double and one single): four beds for five guests.

Check-in from 18:00 to 20:00, letting us know your arrival time in advance; check-out from 9:00 to 12:00. At check-in you need a photo ID and a credit card.
The minimum stay is 5 nights.There is no minimum stay: you can book even a single night. For stays of nights or more the rate is % lower.
Booking requests are subject to acceptance. After acceptance you pay 50 % to secure the dates and the remaining 50 % one week before check-in; we send the bank details together with the acceptance.

Not for the beach: it is a few minutes' walk away. For Marsala (7 km), the salt pans, Trapani, Erice and the rest of western Sicily, yes. Trapani-Birgi airport is 25 km away.
Yes, children of all ages are welcome and the pool is fenced with a gate. No cots or extra beds are available, according to Booking.
