What data we process and why
What you send us when you request a booking or ask a question: name and surname, email, phone and the dates and requests of your stay. We use them to reply to you, manage the booking and comply with the legal obligations of holiday rentals (the guest notification to the police headquarters and regional statistics).
Legal basis
The performance of the rental contract or of the pre-contractual steps you request (art. 6.1.b of EU Regulation 2016/679) and compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c). For everything else, your consent.
How they are sent and kept
When you send the contact form or the booking engine, the data reaches a private archive of the villa, which only the manager consults from the villa's panel. The site is hosted by Vercel and the archive is kept on GitHub: they process the data on the villa's behalf, as data processors, with the safeguards of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Visit statistics
Only if you accept it in the cookie banner, the site uses Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to count visits in aggregate form; Google Analytics does not log or store your IP address. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a of EU Regulation 2016/679), which you can withdraw at any time from «Cookie preferences» at the bottom of the page. The details are on the Cookies page.
Retention and disclosure
We keep the data for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law. We do not disclose the data to third parties except where required by law (public security authorities, tax authorities).
Your rights
You can access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to its processing, restrict it or request its portability by writing to villettanonnagiovanna@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
