The villa

Very recently built, with every comfort

The villa is of very recent construction and equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, fibre internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher, two flat-screen TVs. Between June and September it enjoys a beautiful infinity pool with a large sun terrace that is one with the living room.

The house is on one floor, 85 m²: the living room with the two sofa beds and the smart TV, the eat-in kitchen, the double bedroom, the small bedroom, the bathroom with shower and bidet and the pantry-laundry room. Outside, the sun terrace with the loungers, the pergola with the dining table and the outdoor kitchen with the barbecue, the little veranda under the tree, the garden with the palm trees and the olive tree, and the private parking next to the entrance.

The infinity pool and the sun terrace

Between June and September the villa enjoys a beautiful private infinity pool, with a large sun terrace that is one with the living room: from the glass doors of the living room you step straight out onto the terrace with the loungers. Guests say the pool is big, comfortable to swim in and cleaned every day. In the evening it lights up.

Arrival and parking

Check-in from 18:00 to 20:00 (letting us know your arrival time in advance) and check-out from 9:00 to 12:00; at check-in you need a photo ID and a credit card. The free private parking is right next to the entrance of the villa. The beach is a few minutes' walk away; for everything else you need a car.
