In autumn and winter, when the pool is closed, the rates are the most convenient of the year, and the villa is climate-controlled for winter too.

Booking and stay conditions
- Booking
- The calendar shows the free dates and rates right away. Bookings are subject to acceptance: you send the request from this site or by email and the villa replies with the confirmation.
- Minimum stay
- 5 nights.
- Guests
- Maximum 5 people, children included. For bookings of 5 people or more the rate is 10 % higher.
- Long-stay discount
- For stays of nights or more the rate is % lower.
- Payment
- After the booking is accepted: 50 % to secure the dates and the remaining 50 % one week before check-in. We send the bank details together with the acceptance.
- Registered guests
- People not registered at check-in are not allowed into the villa.
- Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 18:00 to 20:00, letting us know your arrival time in advance; check-out from 9:00 to 12:00. At check-in you need a photo ID and a credit card.
- Rates
- Per night, for the whole villa, and they change with the season: the rate of each period is in the Book calendar and the villa updates it directly.
- Pets
- Not allowed (Booking listing).
- Rules
- No smoking. No parties or events. Quiet hours from 00:00 to 7:00. No cots or extra beds available.
- Cancellation
- The cancellation conditions are communicated by the villa at confirmation. To change or cancel a booking, write to us with your request number.
