Villetta Nonna Giovanna is a detached house in Marsala, on the south coast, in Contrada Berbaro: 85 m² on one floor, two bedrooms, a living room that opens onto the sun terrace and an infinity pool all to yourselves. Air conditioning, fibre internet, washing machine, dishwasher and two TVs; private parking next to the entrance and the beaches, free and serviced, a few minutes' walk away.
The villa in three ideas
Between June and September the villa enjoys a beautiful private infinity pool, with a large sun terrace that is one with the living room: from the glass doors you step straight out to the loungers. In the evening the pool lights up.
The villa is close to the beaches of the south coast of Marsala and its lidos, a few minutes' walk away: both the stretch of free beach and the serviced one of Lido Delfino.
An ideal position for those seeking relaxation and for visiting, within a few dozen minutes, the Stagnone lagoon with the salt pans, the Egadi islands, Erice, the archaeological parks of Segesta and Selinunte and the wineries of Marsala wine.

Autumn and winter
The villa is open all year, and off season western Sicily is enjoyed at a gentler pace.
Erice, Segesta, Mozia, the Stagnone salt pans, Trapani and the Marsala wineries are best visited without the summer heat and crowds.
The villa is climate-controlled for winter too, and from here the most beautiful places are within easy reach.
In these months the rates are the lowest of the year: you have all the comforts of the villa, except of course the pool.
